Honor Titles are voted on by the council and approved by the Founder bi-annually. The only exception is the Elder title. Elder can be awarded any time of year at the discretion of the Colony Leader. To be eligible for a title, the applicant or nominee must have provided valuable contributions to Cybertown society. Note that these titles are a privilege and may be revoked for inappropriate conduct. For more information on codes of conduct read the UBP.
